Special Deliveries For Exceptional Kids
During our numerous trips to AI Dupont we were lucky enough to engage with their Child Life Program. The program helped us cope with medical experiences, stay active in Olivia's care, and make the entirety of each admission as pleasant as possible. Their combination of play, preparation, and education, along with the regular donations and gifts empowered us even during the toughest times.
The goal of the Sun Rae Foundation is to support this program with a specific focus on extended admissions, whether planned or not. To directly engage with each child in an effort to deliver constant warmth, rays of hope, ideas to focus on, and actions to take.
In the coming months we will announce the first Sun Rae initiative as well as how you can help support us and the kids.
We're excited about the potential of this program and eager to see it provide a positive, ongoing impact to as many children as possible.
